This is just a teaser video. I've included clips from training sessions with Tuhon Gaje and Mandala Tim Waid from between 1999 and 2003. I have a lot more material but don't expect technique vids, I'm keeping it to myself and my students. :) Video quality isn't the best on some of the material. If you know what to look for, you'll see a number of recognizable people. Tuhon Gaje and Mandala Waid of course. Also Zach Whitson, Ron Kosakowski, UFC strength and conditioning coach Kevin Kearns, as well as myself. :)
